Worst website I use
I bought my first computer in 1988 and been using once ever since. I have lots of apps and use a number of sites on a regular basis. The Journal Star apps are the worst. I periodically get kicked out. When the Journal Star app acts up and I try to get in through the eJournal app, it works only sometimes. They need to look at the one the Wall Street Journal uses. It’s simple and effective. It works. The PJS ones are unreliable.
Very sorry for the trouble our app has caused you – we made some big improvements that now allow you to remain logged in. Can you make sure you have the latest version and let us know if you need further help? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I'm getting an expired account message although I also have an active print subscription!
Give our app another try – we should have this bug fixed.
I am a paid subscriber to the Journal Star E-Edition. I did not subscribe so I could read an almost three-year old paper.
I can read the October 8, 2015 Journal Star.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
