Perfect for my needs
I was recently diagnosed with epilepsy so I wanted my phone to automatically display (1) an emergency number (2) my seizure med and dosage and (3) that I could have a seizure and this app is perfect for just those purposes. Works great on my 4s and I can still keep a pic of my son in the background on my lock screen :) many thanks to the authors. Highly recommended.

This app is amazing! It's the only one I've found so far that can be accessed without having to unlock lock screen, which makes it helpful for E"m"s in case of an accident. The only suggestions, would be make more color of fonts ( so it will be more noticeable on pics ) and more room for allergies etc. other than that it's awesome!;)
Needs improvement.
I've been using this app for a while and really enjoy the idea. But with the new iOS, I can't get the picture to work. Some of the information gets cut off from the home screen and the app constantly crashes ounces I've picked a background picture. So I can't use this app because it doesn't save the pictures in the right size for the home screen to view the whole image.
Please release an update that fixes all of these bugs.
