Terrible App, no development for one year, they keep lying!!

After a year of struggling, I got a response that the problem resolved!!! However, it is still the same!!! Not replying an email is better than lying I guess! Yes, you made an improvement by lying and closing the ticket without doing anything! Congrats for this terrible not working App and terrible customer service!!! Star rate is -10, not 1

Garbage. App doesn’t work. Even this update doesn’t

Can’t login to account. Get error message with phone number to call. I CALLED spoke to women saying support will reply to me by my email. Yeah that never happened. It’s been weeks! Nothing.

I’ve tried two different iPhones with two different iOS. Nothing. Deleted app and reinstall. Nope.

I can login to the website fine on computer in Safari. CANT login on iPhone in Safari. Same error message as app.

How do they release an app that 100% doesn’t work? Astounding.

Even this update DOESN'T WORK.

I may have to look for insurance provider without this incompetence.
