The Encompass Roadside Assistance app has been carefully designed to make requesting assistance faster, more accurate, and convenient.
-Request assistance for a flat tire, fuel delivery, mechanical issue, jump start, lock out and more
-Use GPS, maps and satellite to pinpoint your vehicle’s location
-Follow prompts assisting you in diagnosing the problem and requesting the applicable service
-Receive confirmation that service is on the way as well as estimated time of arrival
-Your towing and labor coverage confirms eligibility for Roadside Assistance under your policy.*
*If you do not have towing and labor coverage, a customer service representative will still send help; however, you will need to arrange for payment of the roadside assistance.

•Once you request service, you can monitor your request in “track your rescue” as your job progresses.
•You now have the option to request a Lyft ride from the “track your rescue” page.
•Cancel your request digitally from the until the Provider is in arriving soon status.

Locked the keys up in car
Called was put on hold for a long time and the answering service was saying download the app it’s faster. I did, and then all it would say is technical difficulties and had me to call. Called and was put on hold for 20 minutes after hanging up. Finally called local towing service to get to me quicker than I could even get through with these ppl on the phone. Won’t be using this again. Should’ve called local to start with.

As another reviewer stated, the app won’t go past the login page. Call the number and they have no idea what we’re talking about. The website login works fine. App is junk
While traveling Saturday a stone hit the windshield resulting in a chip in the glass. As a passenger in my vehicle I used the Encompass mobile app to report the claim within minutes of the incident. Navigation through the app was simple and the call was placed right from the app. My call was answered promptly, the claims rep was courteous. The appointment was set up for Monday morning to have the vehicle repaired at my home.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
