Timekeeping: Utilize timekeeping to enhance the accountability and flexibility of your mobile workforce. Employees can clock in and out from a mobile handset or tablet with this feature. Administrators can view all time punch activity on one screen and can view a timeline of a user’s history. Employee activity is compiled into a report and available to integrate with timesheets. An additional feature allows administrators to view employee activity superimposed upon a map.

Mobile Forms: Replace your paper forms with their electronic versions and strengthen your business’s efficiency. Wireless forms augment the existing paper versions when sent directly to employees’ mobile devices. Digital receipts, photo capture, and E-mails work in conjunction to make exchanging information easier. Prebuilt forms exist within ENCORE that are industry specific and available for use. These forms are fully customizable, but the option remains for businesses to build their own from scratch.

Job Order Dispatching: ENCORE’s job dispatching capabilities heightens productivity for users. Businesses create and dispatch work orders to employees in the field, generate new orders for deliveries, service calls, or any other type of task. Work orders are instantly available for remote employees as they receive them on a phone or tablet. Dispatchers can relay information, track the progress of mobile personnel, and manage workloads in real-time. The feature is customizable, powerful, and streamlines daily tasks for faster billing.

Event Based GPS Tracking: Optimize your workflow process with event-based tracking. This unique way of submitting documents allows management to monitor all field task activities and data entries in near real-time via a web dashboard. Improve accountability by keeping track of mobile employee’s location with each completed task.

Vehicles & Assets: Maximize the productivity of the vehicles and assets within your workforce with ENCORE. Establish movement alerts deter the use of vehicles outside of work hours. Set alerts to relay crucial information like hard accelerations, hard braking, and upcoming maintenance appointments in order to maintain the integrity of your equipment. Reduce loss associated with theft by tracking the location of all of your equipment, ensuring a quick recovery with minimal break in productivity.

I can echo the other QCs comments on this app. 3 years later, it’s the same. My review could very well be verbatim his. Vanishing reports, app crashes in the middle of picture taking. It’s very frustrating, especially when your workload/ productivity is directly tied to the number of reports per day you send. Having to redo a report, especially when it’s a rather lengthy inspection, is counterproductive at best, and at the end of a day, with a 3 hour drive ahead of you to get home is awful. Our company is all in on using this app, and something as simple as building in a recovery at crash point would be a godsend. Automatic saving of a form in app, to protect against the vanishing forms upon sending would be another fail safe that should be able to be built in.
As it stands now, if I let the app go for more than 50 forms at a time, it starts getting buggy. When that happens, I have to delete it, reload it, and it’s great…. For another day or two.

That said, it’s still the best app/ software I’ve yet seen for what we have to do in the field, and that’s why I gave it 2 stars, and not 1.

It’s a good app and it gets the job done!

Not sure why the negative reviews. I am an owner of a family business and this app has been a blessing in many ways. It allows me to send out orders to my employees without issues. I also have a few forms created and can say, the submissions go through just fine and I can see the work performed at the job sites. One of the reviews was created 2 years ago so I can say if this was the case before. The data does not “vanish” like mentioned before and there is a history of the work done from my employees. Some people just need to open their eyes.

This app is terrible!! When you complete a report and hit submit it vanishes into thin air. Like you never did it. Then you open the debug log and you can see you were there but there is no report. In your submission history or in your email! Or if that’s not enough as your filing out the report you lose your entire report right as your taking pictures! Don’t Waste Your Time With this app.
