Be sure your camera is turned on!
Revised review. My cameras had been shut off. Once turned back on, the app works just fine. Settings > enter the room>allow app to use camera.
Thank you for this devastating app!
I want see this but cannot calibrate my iPhone 8 running the latest iOS software. I have spent quite a bit of time tilting the phone in various directions. Should I be walking around or stay still, moving only the phone? I’ve aimed it at the floor, tilted it side to side and do not know what else to do. Can you give better directions, please? Should the camera be set in a special way? Does it even use the cameras? A bit more information would be of great value. Thank you for your work on this project. Too many people have so little idea of what war for the innocent is. Best regards.
I cannot put it into words...
The story is wonderful. The amount of detail being put into a game to spread awareness of what you do and what is happening is amazing. You could see the detail in even the smallest of things, such as the doll and drawings. I replayed the game to see what the doll did and it represented what situation of a child might go through. I clicked on this game and downloaded it because it looked cute, but the story it portrays is much more than just what meets he eye. I assumed it might have something to do with war from the screenshots, but what I played was just amazing. I cannot tell you how much the story touched me. Please, keep doing what you can to help adults and children in such situations.
This augmented reality app is incredibly moving. It offers the powerful experience of being able to see directly how ‘distant’ wars, forgotten by the rest of the world, continue to impact the children caught in the middle. The chance to use augmented reality to generate empathy towards the victims of these ignored conflicts is an exciting application of this new technology that, hopefully, can lead to meaningful change in the world’s response to the continuing slaughter of innocents in places like Syria, Central African Republic, Sudan, and Yemen. Children need our help, and technology like this can spur engagement. Beautiful, understated, and effective, the app is must-have for 2018. Download, and share with friends today.
