Work Of Art
This game is beautiful and a work of art both visually and musically. For serious gamers, it's not a hard game, but that's because it's not supposed to be. It's a game that immerses you into the music that span's various genres with a magnificent soundtrack. From a visual art perspective, this game is extremely appealing to the eye. It takes you on a journey through nature's natural beauty with it's myriad use of colors.
For people who are not gaming savy, like my mother for example, this game puts a smile on her face while at the same time helping her exercise her memory and reflex abilities. To put icing on the cake, English is not her native language, and fortunately this game doesn't have a language barrier. You only need to have an ear for the universal language of music to enjoy.
Ephemerid is a simple story about a dragonfly. There are no instructions, you are left to figure out what to do from the beginning. The music is awesome, the design is flawless, and the story literally made me cry. It's a good game to play when you want to relax.
The full story took me about a half hour to complete if I recall correctly. I wish there were more stories about the dragonfly guy, I felt really attached to him from the beginning and I didn't really understand what was happening at the end so I'll probably play that part again, although it did make me really emotional and I feared up again.
I wish there were more games like this. Truly a unique app.
Great app for kids
I'm a parent I always find it difficult to find good quality apps for my daughter that will keep her attention. That's not true of this one. Not only does it have beautiful graphics, the music they've paired with it makes for a truly trance like experience. I only know this from the times I've managed to sneak a peak over her shoulder.
This is an app I think most parents should have in their arsenal, not only for their kids but for their own downtime as well.
