I don't really get what people are complaining about..have you guys read the description? It tells you exactly what the app is-it's a food log that keeps your meals organized so that you gain weight. Its nothing more than that, but it is incredibly helpful, and although its really simple, I couldn't have gained weight without it. I downloaded this app a few months ago, and was really happy with it and wanted to see what everyone else was saying about it. Honestly the app doesn't deserve bad reviews. If only people would read the description before buying. It does not count calories or tell you what to eat-thats the beauty of it! You can eat anything you want and be on this program! Its not that kind of app that just complicates everything and makes you eat this or that-just eat whatever you want and you can be on this program! The main point is that protein or calories or carbs don't matter! it doesn't matter how much of that you get, but as long as you eat the meals outlined in the program, then you're good! Honestly i've tried so hard before to gain weight and its impossible for me i have such a fast metabolism and nothing worked, but with some hard work and some organization using this app, I gained 8 pounds in 3-4 weeks. Its not much but it made a huge difference. I highly recommend this app to anyone trying to gain weight. Phewwwww I'm done typing :)
This helped me to gain weight. Tracking my meals was a big part of getting bigger because I forget to eat if I don't keep track. I'm naturally skinny and have had trouble my whole life. Even if its just a snack it helps me to eat lots of times per day instead of waiting and trying to eat a huge meal and then failing to finish it or feeling sick. This app combined with stronglifts helped me gain a good 20+ pounds and put me well within the normal range for my height.
at beginning i was a little skeptic as to paying 3 bucks for this but after i was on the program for a week, i realized I'm paying for the diet plan this program puts you on, and without that honestly i wouldn't have gained any weight. strongly recommend this to anyone struggling to gain weight
