Love This App

For me this App is just what i’ve been looking for and have previewed many apps to easily keep track of my TV shows. Best program for keeping track of TV shows. Keeps track of TV shows and Episodes I want to watch and have watched. Never had any problem finding the shows to add to my wishlist. I do not use the add video file feature just basically use to keep track of shows to watch and have watched. Love It. A+++++

Decent software, even if content is limited. Horrendous "Customer Support"

My biggest mistake was getting the paid version first. Instead, I jumped in at the $8 level. What a mistake. TV shows are missing from this app, despite the fact that they are available in the TVDB database, which they use as their source.

Emails to their support team are now going unanwered. Apparently, their business model was written by the Steve Miller Band - "Take The Money and Run".

If you want to throw away $8, this is the place. Otherwise, steer clear.

Great application to keep up with TV shows in your queue ...

I have always wanted a good application to keep up with TV shows I’m watching and / or intend to watch or catch up with. This application seems to be exactly what I’ve wanted. I have not yet searched for any show that I couldn’t find in the database; and that has not been true of other applications I’ve tried. This application also makes it very easy to mark episodes that have been watched. You can do so individually but can also do an entire season(s). (HINT: Click on the first episode & shift click on the last and mark them watched from the menu command.) This porgram also keeps track of special episodes, previews, etc. if you set it to do that in the preferences. If there are no more unseen episodes, the program falls into the archives and remains there until new episodes are available … better than clogging up the list of items needed to catch up on. I frequently have a long list of shows I’m interested in but don’t want to focus on at the present time. This program allows a show to be designated a favorite which moves it to a list with higher priority … away from the shows of lower priority. That’s a great touch. The application also gives a synopsis of each episode. The app also allows for the association of an episode with a file on your hard drive; but that is not something I’m interested in.

All in all, the application is almost perfect. About the only thing I would like to see would be the ability to add a short note regarding an episode or series. I’d also like to see an iOS version that syncs with the desktop through iCloud … but maybe that will happen in the future.
