EquestFile is the premier equine data management platform. Customers with EquestFile accounts can quickly enter horse data such as recording numbers, height, breed, feeding and supplement information, healthcare records for routine and emergency care, training schedules and modalities. You can assign tasks to employees and receive feedback from them regarding the status of these tasks.

The EquestFile mobile App syncs to our desktop web application, so that you can work from your computer as well. You can cancel your account at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. There are no refunds or credits for partial months.
This update makes gives the clients the ability to edit task times through the mobile app and other minor bug fixes and performance enhancements.

I love EquestFile! I’ve been a user for over 6 months now. I was able to easily upload all of my horses information and I continue to update each horse’s health records on a weekly basis. I find myself accessing the site almost daily to look up a usef number or last date of a dental float. My clients can also access the site and see everything, including training sessions and lessons, that’s happening with their horse. I am able to use my app from my phone to do all my updates and it’s so easy and fast! The customer service is awesome. Most of the site is self explanatory, but if you need help, they will walk you through anything you need help with. My life is so much more organized now that I have all of my horses info in one convenient place! Can’t imagine ever going back to a file cabinet or having to call my vet to get important information. I have it all right here on my phone!
I have been using this product since it was in its Beta testing stage, and have been in constant use for almost a year.
It has saved me so much time in my organizational office duties, that I can honestly say it has improved my work-life balance.
It takes a little focus up front to get used to doing the data entree, but by the second or third week, my office duties were cut from hours a day to minutes a day.

I noticed a previous review from July that a user could not sign up on the app.
There was a response in September that explains you have to go to the website to sign up before it works…
1.) That seems like a not very good response time;
2.) why isn’t this mentioned anywhere on the app? I am text savvy and this is really annoying.
I bought the app after a rave review from my trainer but it seems to me like someone in charge could make this a whole lot easier for the user experience.
I’m going to go ahead and give it five stars…(haven’t used it yet- duh- I have to go to the website.)Only because I trust my trainers opinion.

Giddyupsf...regarding #1. You are right. The September response to too long. We are correcting that.
Regarding #2. We are currently working on a method for new barns to sign up through the mobile app. So, #2 will be a moot point when we have that functionality up.
