ER Alert is a mobile app from researchers at Northwestern University that uses your device's geocoding features to help alert your doctor when you visit a hospital or emergency room.
ER Alert is part of a research study conducted by Dr. David T. Liss at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine.

Data Sharing Disclaimer: ER Alert collects analytic information describing how the app is used. This information is transmitted to the ER Alert server and is not shared with any third parties. Furthermore, ER Alert also includes crash-reporting software that captures any application crashes and transmits that information to the AppCenter service. No personal data is sent to this service, and only study staff have access to crash logs and device model information included in these submissions.
