I'm using eSignPay with DocuSign but the app works the same with all integrations. You must upload and tag the payment templates before you can send to your customers. Template setup is a one time activity. Setup is easy, just follow the instructions. Payment templates are provided but you could use your own as long as you name the fields and forms per the instructions. Once setup is complete you can send credit card and echeck payment requests. Having signed payment authorizations is an extremely helpful tool for fighting charge backs. Once the payment is captured you can assign to a recurring billing schedule. The app works on my iPhone and iPad. The company also provides a virtual terminal for capturing payments using any web browser with a internet connection. Great for back office users and call centers. The company provides other free payment add-ons for both retail and mobile so you can be ready for every customer encounter. Great value at a low cost.
