I want to love this app but I just can't because there are so many issues. The scrolling still is smooth and fluent. It lags sometimes. Also when scrolling down sometimes the scores pop through at the top by the time. Also I still believe the scores could load faster when opening the app.
I would love the the stats to show up right in the app rather then going to the website. Also when I still go to click on one of my teams it goes to the news right away rather then the scores which is the first tab. So either fix it or have the news first. ESPN read the reviews actually
Let me pay to remove the ads
If only the screenshots were real. The ESPN app is full of ads, yet there are none (not even space for them) in the screen shots.
So my biggest complaint is all the ads. I use apps like this to get quick score updates and to check upcoming game times. I don't want to be bombarded with ads all the time. Especially the full-screen ones you have to manually dismiss.
Let me pay a few bucks to get rid of ads via in-app purchase, or better yet, offer a "Pro" version of the App that is ad-free from the start.
Ehh, needs major improvement
First the technical operation. Easy to use but it freezes up and doesn't load many times.
Missing features...I hate how there is no access to team rosters and stats. It is great to keep up with team schedule and news. But to find a player is very difficult and need to be routed to website. It is more like a brief summary app the informs what is happening in sports, but to get all access, you need score app.
