Customer Reviews

Last Page Still Missing

The last page is missing in every single article.

Now, that alone doesn't warrant a 1-star review. However, you do deserve a 1-star review because this has been an ongoing issue for months and months, with several reviewers pointing out the flaw, and yet you refuse to fix it. That either means you don't think it is a problem or you plain don't care. It is clearly a problem, so you clearly just don't care. It's a slap in the face that this persists, to be honest. Insiders are paying customers, after all. How hard could it possibly be to fix this problem? Shame on you for allowing this to continue, ESPN.

Last page of Articles missing

Currently having issue where the last page of articles are not showing up. I picked up the phone and called their customer care line and they are aware of the issue and hope to have it corrected soon. Also suggested having mag available in Newsstand. Good response from customer care, which is what you want. Hopefully they will follow through quickly to the problems.

Still problematic

Every article that I read has the first few pages, but the last few pages are blank. They are all cut off. Very annoying when I finally get involved in an article and can never read to the end.

Also, there are so many fewer articles available on this app compared to the physical magazine. That kind of defeats the purpose of this app for me!

Plus, the "bonus" content doesn't ever seem to be updated. In fact, the standard content is only updated if I go to the settings app and clear the cache.

I mean, c'mon man! You can do better than this ESPN.
