Love the new additions


Like the overall feel of the app now- more fluid and more user friendly.

Still not thrilled with how long a transfer/bill pay takes when transferring to my primary bank account. I’ve actually stopped using that feature and just use good ole fashion checks and mobile deposit them on my other banks app. Don’t know if there’s a way to even fix that- so overall I’m pleased.

Straight forward app but could use Touch ID


The app does what it need to. I can monitor my accounts and transfer funds etc. There are two problems I have though.
1. If I transfer funds too late in a day, it doesn't move immediately. Every other banking app I use allows for immediate transfers.
2. Touch ID...this would make the sign in process much simpler

Wish the fingerprint option still worked


The upgrades have been nice. I was so excited to finally have the fingerprint option on this app. Now it’s just stopped working. I’ve tried deleting and re-installing but it still won’t work. Hope it’s fixed soon.
