A few issues
The app works and you have to be realistic and not expect an extremely advanced app from a very small bank like this one. However, there are a few issues that should be fixed. First of all, I am asked my challenge questions every single time when signing in which is repetitive and unnecessary. Second, the app is not designed for larger iPhone screens, the resolution is extremely low on my iPhone 8 Plus. And lastly and most importantly, the app doesn’t always show pending transactions. Pending transactions only seem to show up some of the time, which is annoying because money will be deducted from the account but you cannot tell what the transaction was as it doesn’t show up until it has cleared. If these issues were fixed (especially the last), I wouldn’t have any major problems with the app.
