EverFont PRO - Font Preview Tool for Developers and Designers
Open the Mac App Store to buy and download apps.
A font sampling tool for developers and designers, or anyone who just want to check out all the beautiful fonts included in Mac.
Just type what you want to see and you will get it in all the different fonts, truly WYSIWYG. You can tap and edit the text further and then copy into Mail or other software supporting the fonts (the yellow notes app built-in doesn't support all fonts, that is just a text editor).
When you want to get the full listing by PDF, just click on the PDF button, then you can email the full set of sample to as a PDF attachment.
We built it for our own developers and designers. Hope you will like it too.

It displays every font on your computer. To see a particular font, you have to scroll to it -- there is no place to type or select a font name.
There is no way to display a subset of fonts. You cannot, for example, view Helvetica Neue bold and Arial bold in adjacent rows for comparison.
If you use the PDF export function, it will export samples of every font on your computer. That could total hundreds of pages.
Adding the ability to easily select and display a subset of fonts would make this app a winner. In its current state, I have no use for it.
What am I missing here?
So… Would somebody please explain to me how this might be an improvement over Font Book? Methinks Font Book is a more complete and useful app.
- No search function
- Navigation only via tedious (very) scrolling
- Not possible to group fonts
- The only thing I can come up with is one can input and preview one's own text. Big deal.
crashed on open - both free and pro!
The free version crashed on opening. Bought the paid version. Samo sami! No happy! I am using a MacBook Pro 2009 13”, Mavericks and 8Gb memory. It was only 99 cents but still would like my $$ back!!!!
