I thought this would be fixed by now
When I first downloaded this app in January, I was unable to make reservations. I’d get all the way through the reservation process and then it’d say something along the lines of “not working at this time” but it NEVER worked. So I deleted it and made them by phone call thinking it was because my location was brand new.
Now? It won’t even let me search for a location. As soon as I pull up the location screen it immediately pops up saying can’t be found in that location. What location? I haven’t typed anything in!! When I do type in my city/state or zip, I get the same message. This city has 3 that I know of in the area so now I’m just frustrated as all hell. Why both having an app of it never works??
Needs a lot of work
I like that I can make appointments at my chosen location with who I’d like, and that I can see prices. That’s it. Nothing else about this app works. Not even it’s customer service (that I’ve emailed several times with no response). I can’t see appointments I make in the store, I can’t see my packages I’ve purchased. It’s annoying and makes the app next to useless. Step up your game customer service and at least respond to your customers!

I wrote the above review when I had the latest version of the app on my phone, and just like before, nothing works as it should. Still no response from the customer service either.

This app is a joke
If I could give zero stars, I would. I was only able to reserve about three times on the app and I have been a customer for over a year now who gets services EVERY month. It’s very inconvenient to not be able to use the app. It won’t show the available times when reserving and there would be times the reservation window won’t open at all. You have pricey rates and a lot of branches. The least you could do is make a decent app. Smaller businesses have much better apps made than yours. I’m just using up all my prepaid packages and I won’t be using your services anymore. Your app is a joke and so is your website.
