Version 4.0.11

This update includes a great new feature - Block Programming! With Block Programming, you can now log workouts as circuits, supersets, normal progression, or all three at the same time.

We've added a a new color to the Log Workout View, the Edit Workout View, and the Workout Summary View to distinguish which exercises are circuit-based. Supersets and Normal progression workouts continue to look and behave as previously built.

Block Programming will help users expand exercise routines and will provide trainers with more scenarios for their clients. If you have enjoy the new functionality, please take a moment to leave a review! We would appreciate your feedback!

Love it!


I've been using this app for quite a few years. It keeps track of my previous workouts so I know what weight and reps to hit the next time. It will suggest my next workout plan when I'm close to finishing the one I'm using. They are quick to respond when I have a problem.

Where is the larger phone screen optimizations?


Why. Is. This. App. Not. Yet. Updated. To. Support. The. iPhone 6. Or. 6 Plus. Resolutions?!

It’s been how many years? And now we have the iPhone X and still this app only supports the iPhone 5 resolution. I’m incredibly amazed at how the developers in charge of the updates can ignore something like this for so long.

Updated slowly, collects weird bugs


Not formatted for iPhone X, keyboard doesn’t go away from many screens.
