Change in app is not user friendly

I have been using Expensify for over 3 years with my company and newest major update to the app is horrible. ( I really tried to find a better word and horrible is the best way to describe especially compared to the older version.) I am totally frustrated with not being able to approve reports with having to go through each individual transaction simply because they did not smart scan, which doesn't work most of the time. I should be able to approve a report from the app and not individual expenses only. Also the pictures at the bottom were more intuitive to me than the 3 blue lines at the top. Also you cannot add expenses from a report - soooo you have to create a report go back out and create an expense and then add it to a report - TOO MANY STEPS! Please speak to your major clients before to seek their opinion before making a major update that requires more work.

Every few receipts create a new report

For the past few months even though I have asked in chat three times, every few receipts I scan automatically creates a new expense report with a broken date in the title. The end result is if I have to scan 30 receipts I'll end up with about 8 to 10 random reports created with a few receipts on each report, then I have to manually go in and move each receipt to a single report to submit it. I've asked several times with the fake concierge and in the chat and no one seems to be able to help. When you ask the concierge a question it will be more than 24 hours for a response and it will never be right, it's like the people don't understand English that are working behind the concierge.

Best expense reporting app out there!

My last company used Concur and it was hard to use so I downloaded Expensify and haven't looked back. You simply take a picture of the receipt and Expensify does the rest. I hate expense reports, so having to do less is always the goal. I highly recommend this app for companies of all sizes!
