A proud member of the Evernote "Trunk"
[…] it not only has this local export feature included, but a raft of others that make it feel like a 2.0 or 3.0 release in comparison to the others I've tried in this genre - like import of PDFs, powerpoint or keynote files, and full Dropbox and Evernote integration. For those like me who use Evernote to 'remember everything', being able to pull in any note I have stored there and annotate over the top, or even record a narration, then export this enhanced note straight back is brilliant. For students, they can import an existing PowerPoint presentation and just draw and highlight over the top of slides, all the while verbally explaining, and export to a movie that encapsulates their understanding much better than the mere slides would.
For educators, it means the option to create video podcasts is now available whenever and wherever we require it.
The different pieces you draw, type or import become objects that can individually be manipulated (resized, deleted and are treated to be a on a layer that can be send to back, front, etc)
[…] Export features: I am not forced to upload the video file to the company’s site. I have CHOICES! I can export a screenshot of the slide I created to my Photo Roll (this feature is huge for me, since I can now import the movie file directly from here into iMovie on the iPad and make the screencast part of a larger movie), via e-mail, to Dropbox or Evernote.
What's New in Version 2.44
Fix for the audio-video synchronization in exported MP4 files that got unwittingly introduced together with the new compression resolutions.
New since 2.43:
New MP4 export resolutions: 1440x1080 (Full HD 4:3) 1920x1080 (Full HD 16:9) and 2048x1536 (Retina). Please note that the highest export resolution is available only on iPad 4, iPad Air and iPad Mini with Retina Display.
It's now possible to "delete and compact" video and audio tracks.
Ukrainian translation added.
Really good, but can be improved
Okay, first off, I believe more people should purchase this app, because it's good for anyone-teachers or professors making presentations, someone hosting an event that wants to make a slideshow, or even just kids who want to have a little fun! I have a few problems with the workings, though. Like when I make a drawing and move on, but later I notice I made a mistake and want to change it, it's too late! No matter what I try, I can't erase it! Next, the matter of cropping photos. I wish there was a setting in which you could crop them in a circular or oval shape and maybe put a border on them. Of course, I know this isn't an album-making app, but it would be nice. Furthermore, I wold be happy if there was a "tour" thing the app had that showed us what to do
The developers of the app area always open to suggestions and are quick to offer solutions to problems!
This is unbelievably awesome app.
So many features and so flexible. It can handle all presentation situations I can ever imagine. Used it in a live presentation by connecting my iPad to external projector. All directors and chief-leveled people were amazed.
This app is too good to be true!!!
