What's New in Version 3.1
Multiple fixes and improvements
I have been using the native recorder on my iPhone, and I always want a similar app on my computer. Then I found this one and after using it for a while, I think it meets all my needs. It starts by a simple click and then it records the audio around me (not the audio played in my computer, like music in iTunes). After recording I can add comments to them so later I still know what this audio is about. Also I get to organize the audios by manually grouping them, and I can even comment on the groups for convenience. It is already a perfect recorder app for me.
Great recording app for students
When I downloaded this app, it helped me to record the whole class, and take note for each time frame at the same time.
Noise from my classmates was canceled out too, which helps me alot.
The thing makes eXtra Voice Recorder different from other recording apps is that it allows you to take note, tags in during the record.
I was able to study again when I get home.
Pretty straightforward, easy to use, helpful and worth the money! You won’t be disappointed.
Doesn’t perform most basic function
The app itself is a great idea, sounded like exactly what I needed for recording my lectures and organizing my recordings. Quickly realized however, that it couldn’t even perform it’s most basic function, create recordings. It’ll stop recording (for no apparent reason) about halfway through (or whenever for that matter), making the app’s basic functionality absolutely useless. Save yourself $5 and take the time to manually organize the recordings you can acquire through iOS’s native recording app.
