How it works:
- Choose a time frame (the hours after work, for example)
- Every day Extreme Pushup Bootcamp will prompt you at a random time (within your chosen time frame) to "Drop and give me 20!"
- Accept or Reject each day's challenge
- Keep the streak alive. How many days in a row can you "Drop and give me 20!"? Check your stats and keep yourself on track.
Since Extreme Pushup Bootcamp prompts you to do pushups at random times you never know where you'll be when you get your prompt. Walking down the street, riding your bike, having dinner in a crowded restaurant, at a club ... this is the first app that tests your physical as well as mental strength.
