I like how this app times your your exercises, describing very clearly what to do with each one. You can also set a schedule reminder for doing them! Love it!
I have read for years how exercising your eyes is very beneficial. Love that the exercises are illustrated and animated to make them easy to follow. The timer is a great addition.
