Great when it's working
I'm an adult geek who's into Toy Photography on my IPhone who's also part of a larger community of fellow geek friends & folks on IG who are always looking for new ways to add laser effects or photoshop pictures etc. So when I saw this on another mates shot where he made an "action figure smile!??!" 😂 I just had to try it...
However I kept getting this "can't reach service processing.." message every time I tried to complete pic. So I checked my connection which was fine and then eventually deleted and downloaded the app again hoping that would work. Yes! Got one, two pics out of it and than the same message coming up again. Is this something that your working on? Why is it even trying to reach a live processing service, wouldn't it be done "in app"?
Anyway The effects are great and your ideas are different which I love, but frankly if you can't use it even on a free version without hassle, why would someone purchase the full version. Hope to see more things fixed, added and running soon and I'll bump this review up. You guys are on to something good here, trust me
Hot! 🔥 maybe not?! Why??☹️
What happened to the "hot" filter? I can understand the need to call it another name, but to totally remove it is very disappointing. There is nothing wrong with a filter that lightens your skin. There are countless others in the App Store that can make your skin lighter, but yours was by far the best. Naming it "hot"...maybe not so good. It was a great, if not the best, feature . I speak for many when I ask "Can you please consider including it in the next update?" Thank you. Pleeeassse
I purchased the upgrade, assuming I'd be able to do more than add a toothy smile. But no, the options very limited: a gap-toothed smile, a perfect smile, a "young" face that looks silly for anyone over 35, and an "old" face, which I can't imagine is a popular option. Two other filters can only be used in a montage. Why? I have no clue. I'd stick with the free version.
I appreciate that the developers are working on improving the app and it does have potential. I hope they succeed. I'd like to add a few stars.
