Make it stop

You would think a company like Facebook, that spends millions of dollars a year to acquire and keep customers, would worry more about improving an app. The Facebook pages app is barely functional- I constantly get notifications that I have already checked and when I go back to click on them to make the notification disappear it just tells me I have more notifications. It's also a hell hole for organization, one notification may say 3 people liked a status then you get a separate notification for another 4 people liking the status and then those notifications sit for days and you can't get them to go away. It makes it extremely difficult to manage a page and keep up with fans and constantly push content when Facebook seems to be doing everything in their power to screw it up

Updated review

The notifications issue appears to be resolved now. Thank goodness!!!

Original review:
The newest version makes me manually respond to every single notification. I used to be able to refresh to mark all liked posts as read. Please fix this. It is really annoying to have to manually click on every single notification to resolve it. I can understand doing this for comments or messages, but not for likes.

Not suitable for multiple page-managers

On more than one occasion, the Facebook Pages app has made my business looks foolish by not updating that another page-manager has responded to a message or other notification. When customers message the Page, and a page admin starts responding, the app needs to let anyone else who tries to respond know that there’s a response in progress. It’s really embarrassing to send a message, only to find out that someone else answered the exact same question a second earlier. It’s an exceedingly clumsy way to handle communication with my customers.
