1. You need to show how much a person is receiving in fan cash before you submit your order like on your web page. If I'm receiving 2x the fan cash for using the app, I wanna see that I'm actually getting the proper cash I'm suppose to be getting. In the past, I've had issues with not getting the proper fan cash for an order.
2. I also continue to keep having an issue with the address section of the order process. All my info is saved from prior orders, but on my next new order I keep getting an error message saying my address is incorrect. I have to go back and delete everything and renter everything again every time for the order to go through. There actually has been a time or two that I had to order from the web page because the app wouldn't allow me to go forward. Also with this happening, I ended up receiving less fan cash because of having to order from the web page.
Hopefully you guys can correct these issues. Possible others are having same problems. Thank you!
I have had the worst experience with Fanatics. I placed an order on 9/12 and have yet to receive it. They had to have put the address on it wrong because the confirmation email I received was correct. I called several times and they would do nothing for me. I had to replace the order, didn't get the originally 20% off that I got on my order that got sent back. They should have reshipped it to me immediately overnight. There was a second package that was shipped out a few days after the first package and never got that either. Just had to order that again. Still waiting on refunds for the returned packages that I never received. They told me they had to wait until they got them back. It's not my fault. They should have done something for me. Why do I have to wait for a package to be returned to them to get a refund for the items I never received? Awful customer service.
Can’t return a damaged jersey
I ordered a NFL kelvin Benjamin bills jersey from this website. When browsing for this jersey I discovered a custom game jersey and discovered that when u click on it, you are allowed to put a player on these jerseys. When the jersey arrived I found out that it was damaged(had a hole covered by some type of black tape) when I went to the return page and entered in my order number they told me that I can’t return custom game items(as if I put my name on the jersey?!). I find it very misleading that they put player name options under custom game jerseys because then when u select ur favorite player that might not be on the home page of fanatics u find out that if it’s damaged u can’t return it. Honestly a horrible feature and I will never use this website again.
