Helps me stay organized…A dream app for keyboard shortcut junkies...

Fantastical is just an excellent calendar app. The integration with Reminders is great. Did I mention that natural language input is brilliant?! I can work with multiple Exchange, Google, iCloud calendars, designating events, reminders, frequency, times, recurrence, alerts and notes all with a simple sentence or two and without every pulling my hands from the keyboard. That includes launching the app and entering multiple events and reminders. This app has completely changed my workflow for the better and has allowed me to be far more organized than I could ever seem to be with the default OS X Reminders and Calendar apps.

If you think it’s insane to pay $50 for a calendar app, you’re wrong. At least, if you demand more from your calendar than what OS X Calendar provides.

There is a little bit of a learning curve, but it’s minimal and the responsiveness of their support staff and the thoroughness of their support documentation has really impressed me.

Better than Apple’s calendar app. Super Organized.

I recently went back to school for a career change and so I’m super busy these days. I had been using Apple’s Calendar, but a friend of mine recommended Fantastical and so I checked it out on iPhone and found it super helpful on that platform. I decided to play around with it for a while before I bought the desktop app. I’m really digging it and so I sprung for the desktop app.
I am using the reminders a lot. I still sometimes use Apple’s Reminders app on the iPhone just because of how quick it is, but I’m sure that I will phase out the Apple app.

Fantastic program!

Loved until started having problems

I LOVED fantastical in the beginning - I actually got rid of all my other calendar apps.. mail calendars, ical, and even downloaded it for my phone. They al synced to fantastical so it was easy to keep my schedule in one place and I ended up buying the most expensive version.

Then recently, I keep gettingthe same message that says sync error - “Fantastical encountered an error while communicating with the server.” I haven’t been able to use the calendar for a week. I have tried being on different Wifis, force quitting, rebooting the computer.. and it just wont work..

I’m at a loss and thing I might have to go back to using the calendar on outlook - bummed for sure.
