Fun game but.....
I gave the game four stars because we need to get more than one sand dollar at a time. Can't finish the habitat photo shots because not enough sand dollars or not the right ones to get the animals needed to complete the tasks. We need more time with the helicopter in order to fill all the request. Some of the items take way too long to finish. It should not take two or three hours to complete one item. I do enjoy the game, just gets frustrating waiting on items to finish. Also, items for purchase (i.e.:lobster trap, fruit trees, ect...) cost way too much, and the amount of gems it takes to purchase these items is a joke. There is no way to get that amount of gems by playing the game unless to buy them. We need better pay offs for tasks completed in order to be able to progress in the game. I've been stalled for some time now as it takes too long to get enough coins to make some of the purchases needed to complete tasks.

I was addicted to this game then something happened and I got frustrated due to an issue in game. I couldn't collect gems but all my friends could. I then reached out to customer support and they told me that it was because there were no ads to watch. Well that was a lie, because my friends ALL said they gathered gems that morning and the day before. I I contacted the same lady from customer support and said that she was incorrect, and told her why. She closed the ticket. Well I got even more upset and opened up another ticket and they fixed it right away. I got friends hooked to this game and I didn't want to quit. So they fixed the issue right away for me. I had another issue and opened another ticket and that person was awesome as well.
Don't give up if you have to get in touch with customer support. It's a great team of support, but you can still get 1 bad egg.l every now and then. Lol
Excellent all the way around!
Great relaxing game with lots of features. Plenty to do if you want to play continuously but perfect to play once every couple of days or so without feeling "penalized" with things timing out. Very fun, not extreme pressure to buy items or jewels. Rare items come along often enough to keep you from being frustrated. Even when do choose to purchase, the jewels are cheap enough to keep you from feeling like you have to spend lots of real money. Excellent community play options with the beach clubs, etc. perfect game in my opinion!
