Pretty good


The free version is adequate. It would be nice to be able to go back and edit previous days, or to see more details about previous days, but I'm content for what I am doing and what I need. This app is good enough.

Update: For $2 I upgraded to premium, and it does everything I wished the free version did. Free is very adequate, but I don't regret upgrading. It's a useful app. Now, if I could just remember to log when my fast starts instead of trying to figure out when I quit eating 3 hours later…

Has this flaw...


I do infrequent but regular fasts that extend over 24 hours. The pro version now allows for fasts up to 48 hours. However, if I schedule a fast beginning, for example, on Sunday evening and finish that fast on Tuesday morning, the app will tell me that I have not fasted at all on Monday (when in reality I fasted 24 hours on Monday), I will not receive any credit for that, and my streak will be broken. This means that accurate streaks cannot be maintained without artificially tweaking the data, which completely defeats the purpose of collecting data.

Great for intermittent fasting

This app is super easy to use and I love it to track my intermittent fasting. My only complaint is that you can't go in and edit a time. Sometimes I get in a hurry and start my fast before realizing that I wanted to make it a little bit longer, and there's no way to edit that without stopping and starting again – or at least not one that I found. Everything else is great!
