This app is not worth .99 cents, which is considered to be on sale. Each chapter consists of a few tips that most dieting people already know. I was disappointed with the presentation, which looked like excepts from a book. I should have known better when the app description had a misspelling of lot-fat instead of low-fat. I will remove the app from my phone because it's not worth the space.
