I only use this app when I am fasting because it is great. Easy to use and understand and it still counts even when i close it in background. It tells me my goal weight and how many days to achieve it and what my average loss per week should be. My FAVORITE thing on there though is the Goals. The goals are very small and thats so good for my brain because for example it says first goal you have lose 5 pounds,and you're like OK 5 pounds,I got this,then you get your star and then it'll say,another 5 pounds,like its very small so you wont give up. It definitely encourages you to keep going. Love this app!❤️❤️❤️❤️
One of the best
This app is one of the best IF or fasting apps there is. It keeps track of the history... you can set your own fasting schedule or you can manually put it in. Oops you forgot to start your fasting timer... no problem you can set the timer back. You can use it for long term or short term fasting. It counts down to when you stop and also shows you how long you been fasting. A little tricky at first to figure out but once you do it is fantastic... I’d give it 5 if it had an iOS widget for the countdown... that be everything
Still learning to take advantage of all this app’s tools but it has excellent features and really allows you to track progress and see where you are doing well and still need work. Also it is an excellent tool for accountability. You can even go back and add information like body weight from before downloading the app. It really helps when trying to analyze trends.
