Simplistic & easy to use
This app is so easy to use and to the point. I like how it shows you the math on the calculations instead of just giving you a number. It makes me want to trust the numbers. Being able to access the podcasts from the app is a nice feature also. I'm a huge fan of the show and am very excited to share this app with my friends at my Zumba class. Thanks Russ & Jeff for making this healthy lifestyle-thing foolproof!! Keep up the good work!
Fantastic app and great show!
Jeff and Russ know their stuff. Wanna lose 20 pounds in a month? Well, it's not healthy and they don't recommend it. They recommend slow weight loss. A pound a week, so if you want a crash diet, don't download. If you're tired of yoyo dieting, then download this app.
Simple and useful
I'm a recent follower of the Podcasts and have lost 21 pounds since I started following Russ an Jeff's advice just 3 months ago. The calculators on the app are very helpful in getting an idea of not only where I am, but where I want to be.
