Great for what I use it for!
Since I don't receive paper billing (I opted for email billing) and my email doesn't tell me outstanding balance ... I have to login to FATHOM website to view my bill for water, trash, and sewer. This app makes it convenient for me to check my balance. I don't pay using the app so I don't know how that works.
I pay all my bills using Chase BillPay. One stop spot to pay all my bills. Great app for my needs
Fathom is a joke
Haven’t gotten a bill since they took over Lakewood CA but got a shut off notice. Can’t view bills or consumption on line or on the app. I apparently have no water history but you sure can bill me for it? Why the heck my city tried to fix something that wasn’t broken with a company that obviously bit off more than it can chew, is beyond me.
This app as the billing practices do not work
Cannot get the app to show up on my device. Pretty ridiculous. We signed up for automatic payments...does not work....signed up for electronic billing...do not get notification....bill payment 2 days late...we are notified they are shutting the service off. This company needs to fix their billing protocols.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
