FedEx® Mobile provides a quick and easy way to manage your shipments. Track the status of your packages, find FedEx locations and customize your shipments and deliveries*.
You can sign-up for FedEx Delivery Manager and customize deliveries coming to your home. With FedEx Delivery Manager, you’ll get packages in your hand, on your schedule. You can:
-Schedule the delivery
-Deliver to another address
-Provide delivery instructions
-Sign for a package
-Schedule a vacation hold
-Hold your package at a FedEx location
You can also:
-Find a FedEx location near you using GPS
-View the status of your FedEx® shipments
-View the ship date and expected arrival date
-Receive shipment history, including signature details
-Forward tracking results
-Create custom watch lists for monitoring important shipments
-Add notes to shipments
-Nickname your shipments
Additional functionality is available on the mobile website by tapping Get Rates, Schedule a Pickup and Create a Shipment from the mobile app menu. Shipments created on fedex.com will automatically be added to your app shipment list.

Idk what happened!?
I dont remember if I updated and that's when the app started crashing or not....I'll assume I did update as that's what the rest are saying, and I usually just hit" update all " when I get notification of available updates. At any rate anytime I open the app it either freezes and or as soon as I hit enter(after putting tracking number in) it crashes. Then usually when I reopen my info is entered and after a short freeze I can see tracking. I'm hoping you guys see these and implement a bug fix update soon. I do a fair amount of tracking and this is annoying. Bad enough fedex says it's coming today then they never show up ...after I waited all day, and they say I wasn't available to receive package...now I can't even trust the tracking....
After login it's okay
I have read the problems other users are having with this app. They have legitimate complaints. After installation I had difficulty getting the app to allow me to login. But, after I was offered a login screen and successfully logged in the app worked as it should and was comparable to the UPS app. All of my older deliveries and pending deliveries were showing in my shipments. But there is an issue with login that needs to be addressed in order to make this app all winter. My installation was on an older iPhone 4S.
This doesn't have the functionality of the UPS app. It is possible it is just not working right, however. With the UPS app, I do not have to add tracking numbers for packages sent or coming from my home. It fills in this information for me, which is not only less tedious but can help with unexpected packages. With this FedEx app, nothing is coming up automatically. I am logged in and the account is registered to the home. If all it can do is show tracking information with the number manually inputted, there are many far more useful apps, such as JuneCloud deliveries.
