App is a complete waste of time.


I can’t do any of the things I need to do regarding package delivery with this app ~ it is worthless! It will let you you track a delivery and schedule a pick-up but that’s it. I don’t need to schedule a package pick-up, but rather re-route my package being delivered to a Fed Ex facility for pick-up and this isn’t even an option. When will Fed Ex develop a Delivery Manager app??? Just an FYI ~ UPS’s app is very easy to use. Their app allows me to re-route my package being delivered to a UPS facility for pick-up. And if my shipping method doesn’t support this, then the app also allows me to upgrade my shipping, for an additional charge, so that I am able to re-route the package. Several people in my neighborhood have had packages stolen off their doorsteps & front porches, so that’s my reason for doing this.

DUMBEX..Worse app ever in history by worse company


There is no point to this app since it is not communicating with the dumbex office. Only delays and confuses the issue since my delivery options i fill out on this app are never honored, even when i pay $5 for them..-
-i scheduled laptop delivery 12/12, 5p-8p for a $5 fee..and changed my schedule to be home. Dumbex delivered on 12/11 left a note for me to sign so they can leave the laptop on front stoop in pouring rain on 12/12 so it can be ruined or stolen.
-I scheduled and confirmed wine delivery pickup from a specific dumbex office on a Friday since i was not home and needed the wine for a party sunday. Dumbex did not have the package at the location till next tuesday.
-Another package started out w $6.50 dumbex delivery for 12/6 from Chicago, was re-scheduled by dumbex for 12/12... ended up at my house 12/11 left in mailbox by US POSTAL SERVICE!!!! Althogh i was told needed RELEASE signature.. they call that their " smart post"🤔
- the notices they send for delivery on the app are 100% wrong and again ur requests made on app are sent to mars!!!
And they will tell you dumbex offices have no communication w their dumbex drivers once they're on the road. NOW THATS UNBELIEVABLE IN THIS DAY OF COMMUNICATION OVERLOAD!!!

FedEx app makes me feel sorry for humanity


This morning I was able to download the UPS app and set up vacation hold with ease. I’m even able to set up a vacation hold with USPS on the web (USPS has been stepping up their game) but the pathetic morons at FedEx make me fear for humanity. First they make you answer these asinine security questions which were garbled and one question asked me for the last 4 digits on a state ID where I haven’t lived for over 2 decades. Then I get locked out. So I call FedEx. After wandering around their phone tree for a good 5 mins I finally reach a “human being”. This person tells me that no human can help me with a vacation hold and that I’m locked out of my account for at least 48 hours and no one can do anything about it. Pathetic, FedEx. Simply pathetic. Your incompetence makes me fear for humanity.
