This is a great app for those who are starting out a new regimen. I customized my workout and it has helped tremendously.
Over simplified. Not enough variety.
I started out using the original app geared towards men. I saw the female version and figured I'd give it a try. Wasted my money. Only had a fraction of what you'll find on the other app, Fitness & Bodybuilding.
