We noticed that a few users like to submit a large number of receipts all at once... VERY quickly. So quickly that the receipts all had the same exact time stamp down to the millisecond! While that is impressive skill, it actually caused us a bit of trouble. No longer. We are bigger, FASTER and stronger.
For brand new users, sometimes people type the wrong email address. Even after we confirm that address, it might still be wrong and so you aren't getting the connection to the company you are expecting. We now offer an easy way to adjust your address and make that connection. No more missed connections.
Ratings and Reviews
Not friendly nor editable
Once an item is “submitted” it can not be deleted or edited. So - better make sure to carefully review every item for date and amount accuracy before clicking submit.
Awesome Program for expense reporting!!
For our small non profit with lots of expenses, Fetch has been invaluable. They have made the process of expense reporting easy and seamless. With the simple interface, I can do my expense while waiting in line to board a plane or while riding to a meeting. The customer service is also pretty fantastic. My questions are answered quickly so that I can get back to work. The Fetch team has also been able to easily customize the interface for the expense categories that we need and also allows us to update as things change.
For any organization considering a very dynamic and user friendly expense reporting system- Fetch is it!!
Great App but you're Missing Reviews
This is a great app for people / groups / organizations who need a quick and easy way to keep expenditures (and related receipts) organized.
**A quick "questioning comment" to the developers:
Reviews are helpful in making purchasing and download decisions. Unfortunately I'm confused by the lack of reviews and your review responses. If you have 10 customer ratings / reviews, why can we see only 5 of them (even when we choose to see all reviews from all versions)? Is this your decision or Apple's?
Equally as important (maybe more so) why do you respond to a rhetorical posting with more rhetoric? You blew an opportunity to articulate why your reviewer's review was useless by explaining why your app should be downloaded and used.
Remember: Every public communication is an opportunity to inform the consumer why your product is the best choice for them. If you keep that in mind when you communicate, you may see an marked improvement on product downloads / usage / future development.

Regarding the number of reviews, people are able to rate the application without writing anything. This explains the disparity between the number of ratings and the number of reviews.
Regarding our response to 'stop trying to make Fetch happen'... that was actually a reference to the 2004 movie 'Mean Girls' and not a real review. As such, we went along with the joke, though we wish they hadn't extended their humor to the baseless 1 star review. If they truly have an issue with Fetch we would love to hear more about it so we can address it directly.
