Great tool with excellent potential!
This is my very first impression after downloading app to my iPad, so I’m focused on the user interface. I think this has great potential! I’m familiar with the web version, so I know what to expect.
Under Carrier Quotes and Info: the quoting tool loads very slow; most of the time, it simply shows loading and nothing happens. Also, when you select any of the UW Guides, the guide loads beautifully, but there’s no back button or way to go back to the app. I find myself having to get out of the app completely and restarting app. Not difficult, but definitely awkward and time consuming.
The person icon at top right when first loading app opens to a Customer Survey screen. Not sure what this is for?
Move Carrier Quotes and Info to top of menu list on opening app. (This will probably be the most frequently used link.)
Provide a quick “Getting to Know FFL-GO” training guide (or short video) on how to use the app, for both familiarity and incorporating the app into your workflow.
Incorporate Back Button or a more streamline way to return to the app after viewing UW guides.
