It's great, but...

This is a great app that does what it's supposed to. The problem is that because iOS blocks all access to the phone's file system, you still can't really see your file system on this app; basically you just get a "file system" contained within this app that is completely separate from the rest of the phone. You can fill it up with your downloads and whatnot, but it's still going to be an isolated directory that is only visible within this app. You can't transfer files from there to another place on the phone because it's 100% isolated. I still give four stars because it isn't the developer's fault; it is a restriction imposed by iOS. But it would be really nice if Apple loosened their grip just a teeny bit and actually let us view the phone's file system. They don't even have to show us the root files, just at least give us a home directory or something.

Very,Very Good

I had a few small complaints at first (limited folder view and the inability to attach files from separate folders) and now those dont matter to me. App works flawlessly for me. It stores & organizes, it unzips, it synchs to the cloud, connects to email, icloud and google drive - all very easily. Some of the other user complaints don't make sense, it does not drain my battery (try disabling bground refresh?) or cause any other issues. And to point out another lame complaint - dont blame this app for not "cracking" apple's fascist system to view sys directories, you have to root the phone for that AND know that apple has hidden noobie-trap bugs that'll brick yer phone if you do. Apple has always been a fascist company, that's why they LOVE it when the hipsters get in line ?0

Incredible File Manager

I use this app to its fullest. My iPad is semi jail broke. I can download exe files. Simply click save to File Manager and you have the file. Download a bunch, no problem. Use the open in, and select create zip file. Then you can use google drive to upload or transfer to pc with a device like hootoo tripmate. I can use my iPad to get a bunch of small files and save in zip format for use later. Thank you File Manager, couldn't have accomplished my task without you.
