What's New in Version 2.12.0
Version 2.12.0 features enhancements to the look and feel of the app.
Used to be great
This app used to be very good. It offered decent rebates and I don't even remember needing to watch an ad to unlock it. Then everything changed. The rebates became pitifully small AND you have to watch an ad to unlock it. So you're wasting at least 30 seconds EVERY TIME just to see what the rebate is. It used to be for example $25 off $100 purchase at Gander Mountain and similar. Now 1% off of $20 minimum purchase? And watch an annoying ad just to unlock the reward? I can find a coupon worth more. And those stores where you can potentially have a decent amount back (like Lowes, since we are finishing our basement), they have a flat amount. So, regardless whether I spend $30 or $300, I get ..... 30 cents back???). No thanks. It took me about a year to get from $17 to $25 to cash out. Buh-bye!
Not worth it
This app is not worth the time and space on my phone. You never get cash back unless you earn $25 or more. I've used it for a year and never got to the $25 mark and then they wiped out my earnings because it was over a year. There's only a few stores at a time and the stores I shop at most often are never on there. If I do use one for Walmart or Aldi, it won't be available again to use for several months. The earnings are also very small percents like 1%. If I spend $200 at the store I'm only getting $2 back and can't even get it back until I've earned $25 - which won't happen because I can't even use the app at that regularly shopped store for another month at least.
I’ve been using this app for quite some time. The offers used to pretty decent, but they’ve steadily gotten worse and worse. The other day I decided to make a major purchase at a store using the app’s % off coupon + % cash back. The app provided a warning for the coupon, stating not to open until you are at the register. I followed that direction, only to get an error message about the coupon. When I contacted customer support I was told that the coupon must have expired and that there was nothing they can do. Not cool!!! $60 lesson for me! Also, the app freezes constantly. Can’t wait until I reach my cash out threshold and will be deleting the app.
