This app would be amazing if it worked correctly.
This app would be amazing if it worked correctly. My college provides Kurzweil to me because I have a learning disability and it helps a ton. I was using the program on my laptop that works like a charm so when they told me there's an app for that I was like, "Sign me up!" My iPad is much lighter than my laptop.
Well, this app is extremely unstable. It has trouble loading books, comes up with errors and stalls frequently while reading.
I'm using a newer model iPad and my iOS is up to date and I still have problems with it. It basically renders the app unusable.
I agree with the reviews below. Aside from highlighting capabilities, and faster page downloads, they need to add a "jump to page" capability. I'm in law school and have books that's are 1000 pages long. When I need to get to page 150 I have to flip through each individual page, very annoying and tedious. The laptop program is great, but would love to see some updates to the iPad app!
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
