Resolves issues with iPhone5/5s access
Ever since the app and webpage changed I CANNOT access my bank account info via the app. I have been banking with First Bank for over 15 years and this app alone makes me want to switch banks. It makes me enter my phone number to enroll via the app and this says device not found which is inaccurate. When I log into the webpage my phone number is there and says active for mobile banking. Initially I attempted to call in the first weeks of the transition and never got someone on the phone. After waiting several months to finally speak to a person she said everything looked fine and was absolutely zero help. My issue isn’t resolved and banking has become extremely inconvenient as I cannot access my bank info via the app on my iPhone 6.

Very hard to read the text. Finding things within the app is not intuitive at all. The old app was better in that respect. Most immediate problem is being able to access the app with my new iPhone. The app won't recognize the device.. It is is a different model of iPhone - but the same phone. I have no information on what to do next. Please get fingerprint authentication fixed.. and when I do get into the app successfully, don't ask me for the password again. still, some things are better but many new issues... it just doesn't follow a logical progression for the user. Keep working on it.
This app is Garbage
This is the worst app in the history of any app I've ever used. I was on the phone with customer service for an hour to get this problem fixed she kept having to go to her supervisor every five minutes finally we seem to straighten everything out. Today I try to use the banking app and shocking the garbage doesn't work again ever since they changed everything about the bank and their new motto is we are better it's worse!!!!! No wonder everybody in my specific branch quit and left.
