It does it’s job, but it could be so much better. The UI is severely dated and can be challenging to navigate. It just presents as a hand held version of the banks website. There is a lot of peripheral content that doesn’t need to be on the screen. The banking icons at the bottom don’t need to be there. That top banner ad, which doesn’t fit the screen, needs to go. Options that would be helpful with online banking aren’t available. Such as Reminders and Popmoney are in the Pay My Bills section but not Pending Payments. If I’m in the Pay My Bills section, there’s a pretty good chance that I might like to know about any Pending Payments. Fixing silly things like these would improve the experience. It’s time to step up and really think hard about how people use mobile banking.
I’m not sure what they just did to update it today but the app is no longer on my phone. When searching the App Store it allows me to open the app but I’m not able to download it again or delete it. For now the app is inaccessible from any way other than searching the App Store. It’s not visible on my home screen
No functioning app
I’m trying to register but it won’t accept any password or if I choose had to delete the app is useless.
