Not all progress is good

I hate this new app-it's so aggravating. Reading the reviews, I believe the app developers see something completely different than the users. First, I can't even find the place to activate the fingerprint reader. Second, if I Choose send money, there is no SUBMIT button-my only option is cancel. Sometimes I can get lucky by tapping the middle of the screen and it will progress to another page that allows me to finish the transaction-other times it just times out. If I use PopMoney, the only options on the app are Person or Charity - no bank, credit card, etc... I've tried deleting and reloading, I've deleted cookies and tomorrow I have a rep calling me to help find solutions. While I do appreciate that piece-I shouldn't have to take 30 minutes out of my day to maybe fix problems that never existed! The old app was great - lets go back to it!!

We apologize that the app is aggravating. For the fingerprint reader, please ensure your phone has the capability. When sending money, you should not see a submit button. You should select a payment option (electronic or check) to advance to the next page. For PopMoney, you will need to add your bank information under Preferences.

I've had the app for quite awhile and up until recently, found it very useful. I have use it to pay bills, transfer funds from one account to another, and to keep track of account activity. It was all good until I logged in and found I can no longer see any account activity for the past few days or even the month before. I balance my register every few days and was using the app to do that. But now I am unable to do that. I am very disappointed, dissatisfied and unhappy with this app at this point in time.

Account activity is now shown in individual months. You might have to go to the December drop down to see account activity prior to January 1. Also, please make sure your phone and app are both on the most recent versions. If this does not work, please contact our Personal Bankers at 888-763-7600 7 am - 6 pm CST and they will be glad to assist you.

Feedback on updates

Update: I’ve registered and use Face ID after feedback to my comment. I have another request - Please create a Logged Off Successfully screen. Every time I log off, and before I can close the app, I get logged back on because there is no lag or screen between logging off and Face ID starting.
Format isn’t very user friendly to review account info. Needs a tech catch up w Face ID to match USAA.

Account activity is now shown in individual months. You can use the drop down menu at the top of the screen to view each month. To use Face ID, you have to register the same way you did to use the fingerprint. In the app, it is still referred to as "Fingerprint Authentication" which we understand is confusing and we apologize. Once registered, log out of the app and completely close it, and then open again to use.
