The Most Confusing Banking App Ever!!!!!


This is definitely the most confusing banking app I have ever used. It shows you when you make the purchase, but instead of having the purchase labeled as pending if it hadn’t gone through yet. The transaction is just there and when it finally goes through it jumps all the way to the top as if it was purchased a few days after (on the day the money has gone through). I have used several other banking apps before and all of them have similar features. When a transaction have not been approved, it would just be labeled as pending underneath the original purchase date and then when it finally goes through, it get labeled with just the purchase date and written by the transaction made on that same date. I do not like how this app does not tell you the status of transactions/ purchases, making it difficult to determine whether or not you have enough money to do something that you need to do or pay. The way they organize the purchases are a lot more confusing than it needs to be.

Confusing app, shows three different balances for one account


If I didn’t have to rate this with at least a star, I wouldn’t! Terrible app!! There has to be a glitch in the system. I watch my checking account very closely and the app shows three different balances (current balance, and available balance...but available balance shows two different totals with no pending transactions). Revised app is confusing not to mention upsetting, when it says you are overdrawn ...but you ACTUALLY ARE NOT! Disgusted with the “enhancements” to this app, I will probably delete it and just use the website instead.

Depositing is the worst


The app is supposed to give you the connivence of your bank on your phone instead of always going to the bank... meaning I shouldn’t be having issues every other second. You can’t even deposit checks through this app like you can on other banking apps. My inactive checking account from years ago is on there and will not go away. Leading me to not be able to deposit to my active bank account. Just annoying.
