Ratings and Reviews
Good app with an irritating issue...
Since the revamp the app has been much better and more dependable. My only qualm, and I’ve noticed others with this issue in the review section, is that for some reason if you update your iPhone and you try to restore the app from a backup it will throw an error that says something to the effect of the device ID not being recognized.
To fix this you must delete the app and download it from scratch on the new device. After that you should be able to enter your credentials submit your security information without issue.

Okay, but has very inconvenient glitches.
Overall the app is okay. One very frustrating glitch is ever time I try to deposit a check through the app it crashes. The camera opens on only half the screen, the screen rotates, the camera opens fully but where the image should be is only a white screen, and then my phone freezes and I have to restart it. I started having this problem a few months ago. Sometimes if I try repeatedly 4-5 times the camera will actually work and I can deposit the check, but usually I just end up having to drive to a bank which is pretty inconvenient since my schedule and their hours are not compatible.
Listen to your customers and employees
You really need to listen to your customers as they have said for a long time but in the running total balance on your screen app. There is another line that you could add the running balance in under the item as there is enough room under that item but the running balance like you can see on the online website. Please put that in and you can put it in a different color. This will help everyone understand where their balance really is after each item. Ask for for all five of employees and customers. Please add it to the APP!
