Great to finally have a real tablet-sized app instead of just a glorified version of a phone app! I like being able to see where my hard-earned money is coming and going at one glance.
I did my first check deposit from home right after installing it, no problem! Beats driving to the ATM at night, which is what I used to do. Bill pay is easy too, in fact the whole app is surprisingly easy. They could probably charge for this, and I'd still get it.
Nice but one flaw
Great app. Easy to use, but the deposit feature does not list the maximum deposit amount. So I spent 30 minutes taking a perfect picture of my paycheck to deposit it. It finally went through and then I get an email later saying it was declined because I exceeding the maximum deposit amount? There was no max deposit labeled anywhere, so how am I supposed to know what that is?? Confusing. It at least needs to be labeled, but I would also like to be able to deposit my paycheck!!!!
Liked it until....
Never had one problem with thus app, until today. Trying to deposit a check that NEEDS to get in there today. Been trying for hours. Keep getting a message that says network error, try again later or processing error. I don't want to drag two sick little boys out into the cold to run to the bank. This is a big pain.
