The worst
Was a happy Capital Bank customer until this merger. I have both a personal and business account. Downloaded the personal banking app, couldn't log on, got locked out, called customer service. Was told I had to have the business app. When I asked if I'd still have access to personal app with all the functionality such as mobile deposit, she said no, I almost fell off my treadmill. Then she checked with someone and came back asking what kind of phone I had and the said yes, could do mobile deposit. Well, that was wrong. So I can't do mobile deposits to my checking account because forced to use this crappy app because of my one business account.
What year is this?? This is unacceptable and they've lost a customer. The web design is unreadable too.
This App Is So Bad I Wish All The Bank’s Executives Were Forced To Use It
The app doesn’t work in real time, so you never know what your real balance is. It doesn’t update on the weekends at all, so you have to wait until Monday to see what transactions took place. I have to answer security questions all the time to log on, even though I’ve checked the trusted/remember device box at log in. Oh, and log in is always manual, because having a fingerprint capable log in must be too sophisticated for them. I’m stuck using it unless I decide to change banks. Hmmmmmm.....
Severely lacking convince
The app must be updated! It is a nightmare for business. The lay out is and flow is well below standards of other small banks that only have 5-15 branches. It is not user friendly, customer support in the bank is ZERO. BOTH BRANCHES I BANK WITH DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE BUSINESS APP! ( including the both branch managers)
If the new version is not up to par, my business will find a new bank. In the past 6 months I have logged over 30 hours of downtime due to mistakes by your bank. Feel free to contact me.
