I used your app to help with my first sprint tri. I really liked it and found the tips section especially helpful. The tri was awesome and I came in about 45 min less than I anticipated! I had a blast and will be doing more in the future!
Note: In order to be able to begin the training program, you should be able to do the following (individually, not one after another): (1) swim a total of 4 laps or 100 yards during a particular workout (this can include stops in-between laps); (2) bike for 20 minutes without stopping, at an easy, leisurely pace; and (3) run at least one mile continuously at an easy, leisurely effort.

Loved the app, and I would highly recommend. It was about 20 years ago that I did my last triathlon. Was scared as heck to try to start up again. Super easy plan to follow and did wonders for my health. This is not a weight loss plan by any means but I stuck to it and lost over 60 lbs and I’m on my way to my second sprint this year. I felt beyond prepared and placed 3rd in the clydesdale division!!!! Super proud and grateful for the help this app gave. I have bought the next app up from this developer and plan on starting a few extra training sessions to get ready for next years Olympic distance event.
Can I beg you to look into making a race and training timing app? The only app available on the App Store is complete garbage and is a lacking available program for the Apple Watch on the App Store.
This app is great for planning out the 12 weeks leading up to a triathlon. From my first one and beyond, I still use it!
1st time Tri
This app was well worth it! I am new to the triathlon world, so I wanted to be sure I was well prepared for my first one. The app was well organized, it was nice to view it when i needed to. No papers or books to carry with me, just my iPhone. The tips were also very helpful in my preparation for this event. I liked that I was able to input what I completed in order to compare it to what goal I set for myself. It sort of held me accountable to what the expectation was to accomplish the actual event. Overall, I was pleased with the app and will definitely bump it up a notch to the distance :-)!! Thank you for helping me through this challenging experience. I think this will be a part of my life, long term. Till my next Tri!!
